Refund Policy
1. Subscription Services
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has started.
If a billing error occurs (e.g. duplicate charge), we will review and issue a correction or refund where applicable.
2. Energy Consumption & Usage Fees
Charges based on metered energy consumption are non-refundable, as they represent actual energy usage.
Disputes must be reported within 7 days of the billing statement.
3. Hardware & Installation
Payments for hardware, meters, sensors, and installations are non-refundable once installation has commenced or been completed, except in cases of verified defects.
Defective hardware may be repaired or replaced in line with our warranty policy.
4. Service Failure
If Nanowattz is unable to deliver a paid service due to a fault solely attributable to us, we may, at our discretion:
Provide service credits, or
Issue a partial or full refund
5. Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
6. How to Request a Refund
All refund or billing complaints should be submitted via:

Include your account details, invoice reference, and reason for the request
Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
